Thank you for choosing to book with Wye Canoes

Please note the following:

  1. Arrival times - IMPORTANT: We ask that you be prompt and arrive in good time for the meeting time, preferably at least 15 minutes before.  As we have a number of people booked on trips at certain times throughout the day, transport has to leave by particular times, if you arrive too late for your allotted meeting time, you may unfortunately miss out on going on your trip, as we cannot keep others waiting and delay later trips for late arrivals.
  2. Where we are -Details of how to find us can be found on our website
  3. Deposit - For details of our deposit terms please see our website www.wyecanoes.com/activities/booking/

Important

We do ask that before your trip you have read our guidelines for a safe and fun trip:

River Safety

Code of Conduct on the River

Terms and Conditions

What to wear

We advise for people to dress for weather conditions, light clothing with plenty of layers to bring to take with you in case it is cold, hat and gloves to keep hands and heads warm and waterproofs in case of rain.  We provide barrels or dry bags to put things in to keep dry.  Plenty of sun cream, water and hats to wear if it is hot, when you are on the river you do have to remember you will get double the effect from the reflection off the water as well.  It is also advisable to bring a spare change of clothes, just in case, as you can never guarantee that you don’t go for a swim!

You MUST have something on your feet at all times and we STRONGLY advise people NOT to wear flip flops.  Fixed sandals or old shoes or trainers are preferable, anything that you don’t mind getting wet, but not loose fitting wellington boots!

Where to stay

If you need any accommodation we have please check out our listings for camping, B&B’s, self catering or bunkhouses etc in the area.

We look forward to seeing you

Kind regards
